Audio help
Use this test for Arabic 30, Hans Wehr and Salah Meaning Coach. These pronunciation aids use your browser’s Arabic speech voice. They are not recorded Quran recitations.
No Arabic voice has been reported yet. The test will also try your system’s Arabic voice.

If you cannot hear the test
- Turn up media volume, unmute the browser tab and check whether sound is going to Bluetooth headphones.
- Open the page directly in Chrome, Edge or Safari instead of an embedded browser inside another app.
- Enable an Arabic speech voice using the guidance below, fully close and reopen your browser, then test again.
Windows 11
In Settings, search for “Speech settings” and look for voice management. Add an Arabic text-to-speech voice if offered. Adding an Arabic keyboard alone does not add a speech voice. Availability varies by Windows edition and browser; test in both Edge and Chrome.
Android 16
In Settings, search for “Text-to-speech output”. Open your preferred speech engine’s settings and its voice-data or language downloads. Install Arabic if offered, test it in Settings, then reopen Chrome. Labels vary by phone and speech engine.
Mac, iPhone and iPad
In Accessibility settings, find the spoken-content or read-and-speak voice settings and download an Arabic voice if needed.
A browser may report playback even when your device is muted. If no Arabic voice is available, this device-based audio cannot work until a compatible voice is enabled. Internet-based voices also need an internet connection.
